- “Your site rated it as the most popular and that misled us to purchase. It is really a domestic at best with no thermo for the griddle and you have to leave it on med all of the time making the broiler useless...griddle front is hot to the touch and dangerous! Would not recommend for restaurant use...it is going to consignment and hopefully someone will take it off our hands. ”
