  • Please keep your globe out of direct sunlight. Sunlight shining through the water in the globe could cause a fire or cause the water to discolor. 
  • Glass cleaner may be used to remove any fingerprints and we recommend a soft cloth to dust the globe.
  • If you plan to fly with your globe, it must go inside your checked luggage.

  • If you're in New York City, or plan to visit, you can pick up your snow globe at The Odeon restaurant (145 W Broadway) starting at the end of November. Select pick up at checkout.
  • With this option, we can help make you a lunch or dinner reservation.
  • Please email cat@shortorder.com with three preferred reservation dates and times and we will do our best to accommodate them. Additional dates may be required if there is no availability. We appreciate your flexibility.
