Shipping and Returns

When will my order ship?

La Poissonnière is custom-made and seasoned-to-order in the Le Bernardin kitchen. Shipping and local pick up are available a few days after you place your order. We’ll send you a tracking number once your order is on its way and estimated shipping length is dependent on the service selected. The Odeon Snow Globe begins shipping in late November.

Where does Short Order ship?

Everywhere. We offer domestic and international shipping. UPS Ground will arrive in 1-5 days and Fedex International Economy will arrive in 2-5 days.

How can I track my order?

We will send you an email with your tracking number and you can always reach out to us at hello@shortorder.com with any questions.

How much does shipping cost?

UPS Ground is $15 and Fedex International Economy is $30. We can also arrange in person pick up at either Le Bernardin or The Odeon in New York City if you’re in town and want to make an event out of it.

How do you pick up at Le Bernardin?

Select pick up at checkout. With this option we can also help you make a reservation at Le Bernardin for lunch or dinner and will include a private visit to the kitchen. Please email cat@shortorder.com with three preferred reservation dates and times and we will do our best to accommodate them. Additional dates may be required if there is no availability. We appreciate your flexibility.

How do you pick up at The Odeon?

Select pick up at checkout. With this option we can also help you make a reservation at The Odeon for lunch or dinner. What payment methods do we accept?

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

Do you ship to P.O boxes?

No, we are unable to ship to P.O boxes.

How do I change or cancel my order?

Please reach out to hello@shortorder.com as soon as possible to change or cancel your order.

What is your return policy?

We will accept returns within 30 days, no questions asked. Just reach out to hello@shortorder.com, reference your order number and we can assist you. If your product was damaged in transit, please attach pictures for our review.
